There is a fair amount of
flexibility built into this plan. The timescales given above are for illustrative
purposes only. They can be accelerated if all the necessary resources become
available earlier. The one aspect which cannot change is the early September
2014 delivery of the prefabricated structure. If it doesn’t happen then it will
not happen at all.
